4. Furnish contact information for the individual overseeing the removal request, encompassing their name, position, email address, and phone number.
5. Our dedicated team will promptly review your request and communicate any additional information or steps necessary to finalize the removal process.
6. Upon confirmation, we will initiate the removal of your brand's products from our platform as per your specifications.
7. Please allow a grace period of 7 working days for the completion of this process.
