  1. How do I order from IndianGoodsGlobal?

    Add products to your cart along with the quantity.
    If purchasing multiple items, add them one by one to your cart.
    Click on the cart button and proceed to checkout (top right corner).
    Provide your contact email address and shipping/billing address.
    Continue to the next step and input your payment information.
    Place your order.
  2. Which countries do you ship to?
    We currently deliver to over 3 countries: USA, Australia, Canada, and are continuously expanding. Please refer to the shipping page for details.
  3. What is the average delivery time?
    The average delivery time is 2-25 business days from the dispatched day, excluding customs clearance. Delivery services are off on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
  4. Is stock available?
    We stock most items. Some seasonal items may get sold out, and replenishing depends on market conditions. If an item is sold out, please contact us, and we'll notify you when it's available.
  5. When will my order be dispatched?
    Items usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. In rare cases, it may take a bit longer.
  6. Will you replace damaged items in transit?
    We will refund or replace damaged items according to our return policy.
  7. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?
    We will process a refund if the order is canceled within 1 hour or if we haven't started processing the order yet. Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
