Refund Duration and Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fair treatment of our customers while protecting the interests of IndianGoodsGlobal. Please read the following terms carefully:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days to 30 business days from the date of refund initiation.
  • The refund amount may vary from 100% to 50% depending on the circumstances of each case.
  • A refund will be issued if the product is not available (out of stock), damaged, or the wrong product is sent.
  • For returns due to wrong or damaged products, video proof of opening the package is required.
  • If an order is placed and cancelled within 1 hour, a deduction of 6% (payment gateway charges) will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If multiple products are ordered in the same bill and one product is unavailable, a 100% refund of the unavailable product will be processed.
